Good afternoon,
When I transfer my project from our DEV to PROD environment, it takes over 25 minutes. I also have the same problem when opening the project from PROD to deploy and execute changes.
Is there anything I can do in order to make these times more manageable?

Thank you for your problem report. Could you please share some details on your environment?
- are those machines on same LAN/ domain/ cloud VMs/ subnets ?
- what data size and data sources are being used ?
- Do you see any error/ warning messages in Event Viewer Application log for TX Server service?
If you simply Export and Import the same project as XML file to the next environment (Prod?), does it take the same time to deploy?
