When a database schema is added, tables are attached to this schema and you want to deploy the table. You get an error saying the database schema does not exist yet.
It would be useful to automatically deploy this database schema it case it does not exists yet.
Happens to me all the time! Since it's impossible, you can't imagine a situation where you would want to deploy only the table and not the schema... therefore the schema really should be deplaoyed automatically.
