Being able to convert a business unit to a data warehouse within Timextender would save a lot of time if a customer want's to adapt to a newer project structure with an ODX database. Currently it requires re-doing all transformations, lookups and logic for the entire staging database.

Since we use TX very intensively since 2009 already we have tons of projects still built following the old Source -> Stage -> DW -> OLAP logic.
Reworking them to ODX -> DSA -> MDW (former Stage becomes DW) -> MDW -> Semantic Layer is a gigantic costly work in terms of FTE hours.
Therefore any automation that helps reduce these hours is very welcome.
Nice! If those tools would also help copying BUs en DWHs between different projects that would be awesome!

Given the roadmap for the "new" TimeXtender to come in the summer, will conversion of a BU to MDW be implemented in that release?
After attending Xtend21, we are afraid that we will have to invest heavily in man hours to convert all our legacy ETLs to the "new" way of working with the ODX.
