I would like the ability to create data movement from one table to another all within a single layer (DSA).
ex.
ODX.dbo.TableA -> DSA.dbo.TableA -> DSA.dbo.TableB -> MDW.dbo.TableB
the only way to insert data from TableA to TableB is to create a seperate table insert, instead of using the much easier drag & drop mapping from one table (or column) to another table (or column). this would allow developers more flexibility in their build strategy as well as taking advantage of TimeXtender functionality. such as, Incremental loads, add related records, etc.
i have this problem often where i need to create workarounds.
