Configuring global database settings for a text file is difficult.  It takes two clicks to get into a text field, and three clicks to select something from a dropdown menu.  There are a lot of settings in this data source and configuring even one across multiple environments is a pain. Configuring several can get pretty agonizing.

Being able to click into a field directly instead of selecting it first, or being able to open a dropdown menu with one click would really help improve the user experience.
