Currently the related records feature allows you to pick a destination table and a record condition.
The problem is that if you pick the raw table as the destination, the comparison is also done against the raw table and therefore it will do a "full load" since the raw table is truncated.
If you pick valid table as the destination you will lose the ability to do transformations and miss out on the built-in validation for PK for example.

Having the option to compare against the valid table and then load the data into the raw table would be a good addition.

    I've wanted this feature forever, but haven't gotten around to putting in a request for it.  Thank you Andri! There have definitely been some times when not having this really hurt, and I think many folks probably assume that the feature already works this way.
