Currently, you can process an SSAS Tabular model offline without affecting the end user. But if you need to deploy changes to the model before processing it the "front" model is also deployed, thus making it unavailable to users while the model is being processed. If would be a nice feature if the "front" model would only be replaced when it has finished processing, thereby minimizing downtime.
